For Reconstruction & Reinforcement of Anterior Cruciate Ligament

LARS® ACL - Single Bundle

LARS® ACL are indicated for patient suffering from acute or chronic injury of anterior cruciate ligaments. The ligaments consist of two distinct sections: free longitudinal intra-articular fibers to reduce wear and fatigue during torsion and intra-osseous section, providing resistance to wave loosening and elongation.

We offer a comprehensive range of ligaments size to accommodate varying patients’ anatomy. Each type of ligament contains a specific number and length of fibers, depending on indications.

  • Single bundle: AC 80 L, AC 80 R, AC 100 2BL, AC 100 2BR, AC 120 BL, AC 120 BR
  • Tubular, single bundle hot-dog technique: ACTOR 8, ACTOR 10

The surgeon must select the appropriate LARS® ligament size based on the patient’s profile and preferences. We offer a range of fixations (screws and staples) and instruments compatible with these references’ sizes.
