Indicated for patients suffering from acute or chronic acromioclavicular joint dislocation with injured acromioclavicular and coracoclavicular ligaments (Rockwood grade III to grade V). It helps surgeons to restore the stability of the ACJ without compromising mobility of the shoulder girdle.
We offer 2 option of permanent implantable cylindrical knitted mesh for ACJ surgery depending on the ligament sizes with different strengths and tunnel diameters.
Consist of traction threads made of PEHM to help the passage of the ligament into the bone tunnels, removed at the end of the surgery.
The surgeon must select the appropriate LARS® ligament size based on the patient’s profile and preferences. We offer a range of fixations, made of titanium alloy, and instruments compatible with these two references.

LARS® ligaments are implantable and non-absorbable medical devices. They are made of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) fabrics composed of adjacent technical threads, cross-linked by a mesh that holds the structure together.
LARS® cannulated ligament screws are made of Titanium Alloym corrding to ISO 5832-3 standard.
